Ivye Gardner, MSW, LSW Chief Executive Officer | Speaker | Consultant

Ivye Gardner is a Licensed Social Worker, dynamic leader, and visionary Chief Executive Officer with over 26 years of experience in behavioral health and human services. She is the Founder and CEO of Reposition & Recovery Services, an internationally accredited Community Behavioral Health Center dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, high-quality care.

Known for her natural ability to connect with others, Ivye blends clinical expertise with purpose-driven leadership to empower individuals, families, and communities. Her work centers on helping people recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. She is especially passionate about fostering both mental and spiritual development as a foundation for lasting change.

Ivye is also a sought-after public speaker, consultant, and workshop facilitator, delivering impactful seminars that inspire transformation, leadership, and resilience across diverse audiences.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilberforce University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. Throughout her career, Ivye has served in a wide range of roles—including Residential Specialist, Education Specialist, Children’s Services Worker, Therapist, Behavioral Health Coordinator, and Business Consultant—bringing a comprehensive and practical perspective to her leadership.

Driven by her life mission to help others reach their full potential, Ivye founded Reposition & Recovery Services to create pathways of healing, growth, and opportunity for those in need.

Mellanie Gardner, QMHS- Director of Operations

Mellanie Gardner is a dedicated Director of Operations with over 25 years of leadership experience, including 7 years in the community mental health sector. Known for her integrity, strategic vision, and compassionate approach, Mellanie excels at guiding teams, streamlining operations, and fostering environments where both staff and clients thrive. Her commitment to helping others achieve their life goals is reflected in her work ethic and her passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Mellanie finds joy in spending quality time with her family, which fuels her drive to create supportive and empowering communities.

Delisa Bracy, MBA- Finance Manager

DeLisa Bracy is a Finance Manager at Reposition & Recovery Services.  DeLisa loves working with numbers.  She has been a dedicated member of R&R’s Finance Department, and she has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry.  She travels near and far bowling in her spare time and a mother of four beautiful adult children.

 

Mykish C. Summers, MSW, LSW - Int

Mykish C. Summers – Is a seasoned certified operations leader with over 20 years of experience in community mental health. She specializes in the well-being of children and families and excels in developing innovative behavioral health programs and initiatives within the education system.

 
As the owner of TNT Consulting and Management, Mykish drives positive change in mental health and educational settings. Her firm also assists individuals in organizing their mental and physical spaces for enhanced well-being and productivity.
 
Mykish is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, bringing valuable insights into housing stability and its critical role in community well-being. Her real estate expertise complements her mental health work, providing holistic support to individuals and families seeking stability and growth.
 
Mykish holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Central State University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. A Licensed Social Worker with certification in trauma, she is committed to providing exceptional mental health care. A native of Cincinnati, Mykish is deeply involved in volunteerism, with a strong focus on youth mental health and community service.”
 

Julius Martin - Group Facilitator | Business Development & ambassador

Julius Martin – is a dedicated Group Facilitator in the mental health sector, specializing in guiding individuals through transformative recovery and personal growth. With a professional foundation built on his studies in Business and Entrepreneurship, he brings a strategic, results-oriented approach to community mental health and organizational development.

His leadership style was forged in the competitive world of athletics, where he served as Captain of both his football and wrestling teams. These experiences instilled in him a deep understanding of discipline, team synergy, and the resilience required to lead through high-pressure situations—qualities he now applies to helping clients navigate their own challenges.

Whether facilitating group sessions or developing new business initiatives, he is committed to bridging the gap between structured leadership and empathetic care, empowering others to turn their obstacles into victories.

Chycora Jenkins, Quality Mental Health Specialist Group Facilitator

Chycora Jenkins- With over five years of experience in the mental health field, she found my true calling working at R&R. Before working at R&R Ishe spent time working and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. deeply passionate about the work she does and proud to have built a meaningful career helping others thrive. As a devoted mother of two beautiful children, she cherishes every moment spent with my family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys creating joyful memories with loved ones—and above all, truly love life!

 

Myah Bracy, Group Facilitator

Myah Bracy-Aspiring Psychologist and Mental Health Advocate, I’m a recent high school graduate preparing to begin my college journey this winter, majoring in psychology. Currently working at Reposition & Recovery Services, I’m passionate about supporting children and helping them succeed in life. My work is driven by empathy, curiosity, and a desire to make a lasting impact. Outside of work and studies, I enjoy playing basketball and spending time with my friends and family, who keep me grounded and inspired.

Corey Jenkins, Group Facilitator

Currently a college student pursuing a degree in psychology, driven by a strong passion for understanding and supporting others. He enjoys working with children and have spent over two years gaining hands-on experience in this area. In his current role as a transportation monitor, he helps ensure the safety and well-being of kids during their daily commutes. This experience has strengthened his patience, communication skills, and ability to connect with young people. He’s committed to building a future where he can continue making a positive impact in the lives of children

Donald Suggs, Van Transporter and Security

Donald M. Suggs (Don) is a Transportation Driver for Reposition & Recovery. Transporting our kids to R&R’s Day treatment program safely. Don strives to help our future generation navigate life through ensuring their safety to the program through transportation. Don is a great team player and provides a helping hand whenever the team is in need.

Camilia Akemon I have 10 years of transportation experience. I love bonding with children.
