Meet The Team

Ivye Gardner, MSW, LSW-Chief Executive Officer

Ivye Gardner is a licensed social worker that is naturally gifted and passionate about working with others but is also trained and skilled to work with helping others find the best in themselves.  She enjoys seeing people grow spiritually and mentally.  Her aim is to empower others and help them reach personal and professional growth.  She is a public speaker, consultant, CEO/Founder of an International accredited Community Behavioral Health Center, seminar and workshop presenter.

Ivye’s mission in life is to help others navigate through reaching their full potential. This mission led her to open Reposition & Recovery Services.

Ivye graduated from Wilberforce University in 2003 with her Bachelor of Art Degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2008 with her master’s degree in social work.  Ivye has been in the field of social work for over 26 years, serving as a Residential Specialist, Education Specialist, Teacher’s Aide, Children’s Service Worker, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist, Behavioral Health Coordinator, Business Consultant and now CEO of R&R.

Ivye has four sons that she enjoys spending time with during her quality time and one special pet dog “daughter”, Chloe.

Mellanie Gardner, QMHS- Director of Operations

Mellanie Gardner is a dedicated Director of Operations with over 25 years of leadership experience, including 7 years in the community mental health sector. Known for her integrity, strategic vision, and compassionate approach, Mellanie excels at guiding teams, streamlining operations, and fostering environments where both staff and clients thrive. Her commitment to helping others achieve their life goals is reflected in her work ethic and her passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Mellanie finds joy in spending quality time with her family, which fuels her drive to create supportive and empowering communities.

Delisa Bracy, MBA- Finance Manager

DeLisa Bracy is a Finance Manager at Reposition & Recovery Services.  DeLisa loves working with numbers.  She has been a dedicated member of R&R’s Finance Department, and she has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry.  She travels near and far bowling in her spare time and a mother of four beautiful adult children.

 

Demecia Jett “Coach Jett”, QMHS- Lead CPI Intervention Specialist

Coach Jett who has over 15 years of experience, is a Lead CPI QMHS Intervention Specialist at Reposition & Recovery. Her product is the people she is passionate about saving the youth, serving God and the community. She is an advocate for the youth, a leader, orator, servant, and team player who loves to educate, encourage, equip and empower others. Her motto is she doesn’t do it for the income; she does it for the outcome. 

Elisabeth Kone (Lisa), M.A., LPC- Care Coordinator

Lisa Kone, M.A., LPC, is a Care Coordinator at Reposition & Recovery Services. She’s passionate about helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive through empathy, authenticity, and holistic support. She combines her clinical background with a deep commitment to community care, helping clients navigate challenges and discover their strengths along the way.

Chycora Jenkins, Quality Mental Health Specialist Group Facilitator

Chycora Jenkins- With over five years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve found my true calling working at R&R. Before working at R&R I spent time working and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. I’m deeply passionate about the work I do and proud to have built a meaningful career helping others thrive. As a devoted mother of two beautiful children, I cherish every moment spent with my family and friends. In my spare time, I enjoy creating joyful memories with loved ones—and above all, I truly love life!

 

Myah Bracy, Group Facilitator

Myah Bracy-Aspiring Psychologist and Mental Health Advocate, I’m a recent high school graduate preparing to begin my college journey this winter, majoring in psychology. Currently working at Reposition & Recovery Services, I’m passionate about supporting children and helping them succeed in life. My work is driven by empathy, curiosity, and a desire to make a lasting impact. Outside of work and studies, I enjoy playing basketball and spending time with my friends and family, who keep me grounded and inspired.

Donald Suggs, Van Transporter and Security

Donald M. Suggs (Don) is a Transportation Driver for Reposition & Recovery. Transporting our kids to R&R’s Day treatment program safely. Don strives to help our future generation navigate life through ensuring their safety to the program through transportation. Don is a great team player and provides a helping hand whenever the team is in need.

Camilia Akemon, Van Transporter

Camilia Akemon I have 10 years of transportation experience. I love bonding with children.  

I’m great with deescalating, resolving situations, showing empathy, supportive, and being authentic. I am committed to overcoming challenges and being a team player.
